Shipping

Shipping is a flat fee of $7.95 for any size order.  Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via FedEx Ground Shipping.

Orders will typically arrive at your home or business within 2-5 business days.  Allow for extra delivery time around seasonal holidays.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.  We are sorry, but we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund (less shipping costs).

Reason for return

We recommend using USPS insured or FedEx for shipping your return.  If your return package does not reach us, we will be unable to process your refund.  We are sorry, but original and return shipping expenses are not reimbursable.

All returns must be made within 60 days of the order date.

Canceling/Changing an Order

We are happy to cancel your order if it has not entered the shipping process (typically within 30 minutes after placing your order).  Once it has entered the shipping process, you may return the order per our return policy.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please keep in mind that some damage to the outer box is normal.  If the product inside is unusable because of damage, please keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished. It may be necessary to make the packaging available to FedEx/USPS for inspection.

For damaged or lost packages, please contact us at customersupport@weecleaner.com in order that we may assist you as quickly as possible to replace your lost/ damaged item and help file a claim with FedEx/USPS.

Return Due to Our Error
